Delivery & receipt
What are your delivery lead times?
On average 3 to 7 business days. We ship directly from the manufacturers' warehouses: in-stock products (Combisteel, Hendi) usually dispatch within 48 to 72 h, while made-to-order models (AFI Collin Lucy and Sofraca display cases) take 1 to 3 weeks. The exact lead time is confirmed after your order is validated.
What should I do on delivery?
It is essential that you check the condition of the packaging AND the contents in the presence of the carrier. If a carton is damaged or missing, or the product is broken: write precise reserves on the delivery note (or refuse the parcel). Without written reserves at the time of delivery, carrier terms do not allow returns, replacements or refunds.
Do you deliver across Europe?
Yes — mainland France and the European Union. Fees and lead times are calculated at the cart or included in the quote, depending on the product.
Do you offer on-site installation?
No — we ship directly from the manufacturer and do not work on site. We advise you upfront on the right choice and connection, but installation is up to you.
Is the electrical or gas connection included?
No. Many models are plug-and-play (230 V single-phase), while some require 400 V three-phase power or a gas connection. Check the product spec sheet before buying.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. Always inspect the goods and note precise reserves on the delivery note on receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Klarna for interest-free payment in 3 or 4 instalments. Transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe.
Is the instalment payment interest-free?
Yes. Klarna offers "Pay in 3" and "Pay in 4" with no fees or interest for the customer. We do not use any financing option with interest.
Are prices excluding or including VAT?
Prices are shown both excluding VAT (HT) and including VAT (TTC) on every product page. For professionals, VAT is recoverable under the usual rules. A compliant invoice is provided with every order.
Can I get a business invoice to reclaim VAT?
