Yes. Klarna 3x/4x accepts most French pro cards (Mastercard Business, Visa Pro). PayPal Pay in 4 is also compatible with eligible pro accounts. For amounts above €3,000, contact us for a leasing financing solution.
By card or standard PayPal: charged immediately on validation. With Klarna 3x/4x: the first instalment is taken at the order, the others every 30 days. By bank transfer: you initiate the transfer from your bank after receiving the bank details.
Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe, certified PCI-DSS Level 1. No card data is stored on our servers. All transactions are protected by 3D Secure 2 (strong authentication required by PSD2).
You receive a clear error message and can try again with another payment method. No charge is taken until the transaction is validated by your bank. In case of doubt, contact us on 09 70 70 70 70 (local call rate).
Not for online orders. Payment by cheque or in cash is only available for in-store pickup at our Paris showroom, after prior validation of the order by our team.
