This Combisteel basket is dedicated to the electric fryers in the BASE 700 range in the 18 L version. As a half-tank format, it allows two different batches to be cooked in parallel or smaller portions to be handled without monopolising the whole oil bath. Practical as a replacement for a worn original basket or as a complementary unit to optimise service.
