The Hendi Profi Line vegetable cutter is a professional vegetable cutter with a throughput of 300 kg/h, designed for central kitchens, caterers and production restaurants. Its cast aluminium resists intensive use and ensures a stable workstation. Combined with Hendi discs (sold separately), it produces slices, juliennes, brunoise and shreds in professional quantities with perfect consistency.
