This Hendi DQ-3 julienne disc produces very fine 3 mm sticks, ideal for vegetable juliennes as a garnish or for wok and bo bun style preparations. It achieves a cutting regularity impossible to obtain by knife at scale, a major time-saver in mise en place.

Disc DQ-3, 3 mm thickness, aluminium and stainless steel materials, weight 0.88 kg. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Compatible with the Hendi vegetable cutter Vegetable cutter series. Shipped by parcel post.
