The Combisteel worktable with upstand 800 mm depth 700 serves as a central station for long cold or hot preparations. Its rear splashback contains splashes and makes end-of-service cleaning easier, in line with HACCP protocols. The 700 mm depth leaves room for a board, GN pans and the cook's utensils in the same zone.
