The Combisteel worktable with upstand 700mm structures the prep station and limits run-off towards the wall thanks to its integrated splashback. Suited to brigades that move between cutting, plating and mise en place, it maintains a clean zone compliant with HACCP requirements. Its 850 mm height aligns with the cooking ranges and refrigerated cabinets of the 700 range.
