The Hendi Perforated Plate is a stainless steel replacement perforated plate for Hendi meat mincers in size #5 (small model). Available in several perforation diameters (from Ø2 to Ø8 mm) to adjust the texture of the mince: coarse for sausages, medium for burgers, fine for terrines and stuffings. Dishwasher safe.

Material stainless steel - diameter 6 mm - weight 0.17 kg. Maintenance part.
