The Hendi Perforated Plate is a stainless steel replacement perforated plate for professional Hendi meat mincers in size #12 (reference 210802 in particular). Available in several diameters (from 2 to 8 mm) to adjust the mince texture according to the preparation: fine stuffings, classic mince or sausages. Dishwasher safe.
