The Giorik Base 700 combi steamer, ref. 7466-0150, combines dry convection, steam and combination mode across 6 levels of 1/1 GN. The +50/+300 °C temperature range covers low-temperature cooking, high-heat roasting and gratinating. Built-in core probe to control cooking by internal temperature, grill function, LED lighting and an automatic cavity washing system.
