The Combisteel Base 700 convection oven ref. 7543-0010 cooks on 4 levels of 2/3 GN with a +50/+250 °C temperature range, covering pastry, meats and gratins. Forced convection ensures even cooking on every tray, double glazing limits heat loss and the 430 stainless steel cavity makes cleaning easy. Control via rotary knobs, integrated interior lighting.
