The Entry 700 — Combisteel Induction Hob is a range/induction hob designed for demanding cooking lines in restaurants, institutional catering and central kitchens. Its 4 zones at 3.5 kW each deliver near-instant temperature rise and even heating, ideal for both slow simmering and aggressive searing. The AISI 201 stainless steel structure provides maximum resistance to the thermal shocks of service.
Dimensions 800x700x941 mm – usable top 700x560 mm – 400V three-phase – total power 14 kW – 81 kg. Compatible pan sizes 16 to 25 cm. Rotary knob control. Freestanding model, not plug-and-play.
